or distributed from the FOCUS Education Web site. Permission to
use, copy, and distribute all documents on this site, in whole or
in part, for non-commercial use and without fee, is hereby granted,
provided that appropriate credit to FOCUS Education be included
in all copies.

event you download any files, images, data or other types of software
from the site (collectively, the "Software"), it is licensed
to you by the OCA or its respective owners. FOCUS Education does
not transfer the title of the Software to you. You own the medium
on which the Software is recorded, but the OCA retains full and
complete title to the Software and all intellectual property rights
therein. You may not sell, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble,
or otherwise reduce the Software to a human-perceivable form.

within the State of New York, United States of America. FOCUS Education
makes no representation that materials in the site are appropriate

These terms are effective until terminated by either party. You
may terminate these terms at any time by destroying all materials
obtained by the FOCUS Education Web Site and all related documentation

These terms will terminate immediately without notice from the OCA
if, in FOCUS Education’s sole discretion, you fail to comply
with any provision of these terms. Upon termination, you must destroy
all materials obtained from this site and all copies thereof, whether
made under these terms or otherwise.
